Insanity #1. If I just ignore the whole question, the subject will go away, and it won't affect me in any way.
If the Biblical account of Noah and the Ark is true, there are billions of people on earth today, who are headed down a pathway that leads to a lake of fire. Jesus spoke of Noah and the Ark as real, and the flood as a real historical event.
( Matthew 24:37-39 ) Those so called Christians who deny Noah, the Ark, and the flood, are saying that their founder was either a liar, or didn't know what He was talking about.The Apostle Peter ( St. Peter ) wrote of Noah and the flood as real. ( 2 Peter 2:5 and
2 Peter 3:6 ) The ancient book of Jasher gives virtually the same account, as the book of Genesis in the Bible. There are accounts similar to the Genesis account of Noah, the Ark, and the flood, in the " legends " of at least 200 cultures including many, which had not had any missionary influence.Insanity #2. The dozens of eyewitnesses who claim to have seen Noah's Ark, or pieces of it, just below the eastern summit of Mt. Ararat, in Turkey, are all mistaken, and the photos are all showing something else.
While there is nothing in the Bible that says the Ark will be preserved, it is a near certainty that in the icy environment of the Ararat ice pack, that the Ark would be preserved. And, while the detailed shape of the Ark is not specified in the Bible, virtually all the eyewitnesses describe the same kind of structure. Most of the eyewitnesses identify a specific area below the eastern summit of Ararat, and a crevasse beside the Abich II glacier.
Insanity #3. The area made popular by Ron Wyatt and a few dedicated followers ( also called the Durunipar site ) is the remains of Noah's Ark.
Their many websites, web pages, color photos, and so called evidence, don't change the fact, that this is the wrong shape, in the wrong place, and is in conflict with the dozens of eye witnesses who claim to have seen and/or photographed pieces of Noah's Ark near the eastern summit of Mt. Ararat. Nobody claimed that the Wyatt site was Noah's Ark until after 1950, while those claiming the existence of the Ark on greater Mt. Ararat goes back over a thousand years.
The major source of confusion here, is the lack of understanding that Noah's Ark was just that, an Ark. IT WAS NOT A BOAT! It wasn't streamlined. It didn't have to go anywhere. It only had to protect its contents. Among the Kurds and Armenians there are many accounts of locals visiting the Ark on Mt. Ararat, however, there are no legitimate accounts of locals visiting the Durunipar site. There are many sites on the web that thoroughly debunk the Wyatt claims. Durunipar Site Dubunked Insanity #4. Science has disproved the worldwide flood.
One of the biggest lies on the web, and in classrooms, is that science is better than recorded history. Most modern scientists would have us believe that in the past, people were too ignorant to make accurate observations of history. They would have us substitute their conclusions based upon assumptions that processes in nature, have always been the same as they are today. That this would happen, was prophesied over 1900 years ago in the Bible book of 2 Peter chapter 3, describing such scientists as scoffers. Thankfully, there are still a few scientists who know that science cannot change history.
Insanity #5. There are a few Noah's Ark searchers, that are placing all their hope on satellite photos, or various kinds of remote sensing.
There are only two valid photos of pieces of Noah's Ark. Those are the ones featured on this website. Both photos were taken from the west, or northwest, and show the Ark pieces, trapped in a crevasse. Only a photo, satellite or otherwise, taken at just the right angle during a time of severe melt back would have any hope of showing the Ark pieces.
A number of eye witnesses have claimed that the pieces of Noah's Ark is petrified. Petrified wood is basically rock,- a rock similar to quartz. Microwaves, of the type used in remote sensing, would likely detect the Ark pieces, as rock. Satellites photograph what they their cameras " see ". Over 99% of time, the Ark pieces are buried by as much as 100 ft. of an ice/rock/volcanic ash mixture. It is an over simplification, to treat this mixture as only ice, and hope to find it using microwaves.
Insanity #6. Virtually all of the photos, on other Noah's Ark related websites, show people involved in various activities, that are of little interest to those interested in the search for the Ark, and are lacking in any photos that even look like Noah's Ark. One has to ask, " What is their motivation? "
The photos, on this website, show structures that are obviously man made, that are where Noah's Ark should be, and look like what the eye witnesses have described. It is a broad stretch of the imagination to explain these structures, as anything else but pieces of Noah's Ark.
Insanity #7. Noah's Ark is just a legend. We didn't get here as descendants of the people that were on the Ark. There was no worldwide flood. We all got here by evolution.
Most of the protests to the information on this web site come from people who, in one way or another, make money off the evolution myth,- college professors, recipients of government and private grants, those in the science media, those striving for Nobel prizes, etc. There are links below that will lead you to information that totally debunks the evolution myth, and all that goes with it.
