The Truth About Chemical Evolution So why do so many scientists claim to believe in evolution? There was an interesting story in a little newsletter called " Acts & Facts " a few years ago, which explains the situation. A molecular biologist was recently quoted as saying,
" To be a molecular biologist requires one to hold on to two insanities at all times. ONE, it would be insane to BELIEVE in evolution, when you can see the truth for yourself. TWO, it would be insane to SAY you don't believe in evolution. All government work, research grants, papers, big college lectures--everything would stop. I'd be out of a job, or relegated to the outer fringes, where I couldn't earn a decent living. "As America has drifted away from God, it has also drifted away from intellectual honesty. In the mid to late l960's a number of highly qualified scientists, who believed in creation, felt compelled to form a scientific organization of their own, in order to publish their scientific work. The science establishment was systematically censoring their scientific papers from the traditional science literature. This organization is called the Creation Research Society. Since that time many other organizations composed of scientists, who believe in creation, have been formed.
Space here is much too confined for a reasonable coverage of the fallacies behind the modern myth known as evolution. Pastor Tim has studied this subject for over 40 years.
